Summary: The Processing Clerk plays a vital role in handling the intake and review of all incoming referrals. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to audit files, maintain accurate records, and properly complete data entry as needed. The role also requires the preparing and execution of documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and audit files to ensure they are in timeline compliance.
  • Review and update internal system and client systems.
  • Manage file holds and status escalations.
  • Audit and Data Entry.
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as on a team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Schedule:

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from 16.00-19.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
