Assistant Property Manager (Temporary)

Location: Warrensville Heights, OH
Pay Range: $21 – $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary


Position Overview

Millan Enterprises is seeking multiple detail-oriented and personable Assistant Property Managers to support operations at a large residential community in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.

This position involves leasing coordination, tenant relations, and administrative management. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining professionalism and positive communication with residents, vendors, and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process rent payments in accordance with company procedures
     
  • Maintain tenant files, lease documents, and communication logs
     
  • Assist with leasing inquiries, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
     
  • Conduct and document pre-move-in, post-move-out, and biannual tenant inspections
  • Handle tenant questions, maintenance requests, and general correspondence
     
  • Answer incoming phone calls
     
  • Manage email and digital documentation using AppFolio, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office applications
     
  • Complete daily reporting and administrative tasks
     
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with tenants, vendors, and team members
     

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in property management or leasing strongly preferred
     
  • Experience with AppFolio property management software strongly preferred
     
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and related office applications
     
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
     
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
     

Work Environment

This is a temporary, on-site position located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The role involves regular tenant interaction, coordination with vendors, and administrative duties essential to maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.

Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
