About the Opportunity
We're a data decisioning company seeking a detail-oriented and dependable student to support a critical data clean-up initiative within our Zoho CRM platform.
This is not a traditional internship with presentations, speaker sessions, or a capstone project. Instead, it's an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by contributing to meaningful work that directly impacts our business operations.

What You'll Do
  • Review, update, and organize records within our Zoho CRM system
  • Identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, or duplicate data
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across records
  • Follow established processes and documentation standards
  • Work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members as needed to resolve data discrepancies

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable and accountable with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with a CRM system such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform is a strong plus
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, and organizing information
  • Previous experience working with databases, records management, or administrative tasks is helpful but not required
