Job Type: Temp to Hire, Full-Time

Job Duties:
  • Process invoices, accounts receivable, and collections 
  • Create UPS WorldShip labels and support order processing 
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel 
  • Answer phones and provide professional customer service 
  • Perform data entry, PO follow-ups, and general office tasks

Do you enjoy handling daily office and accounting functions including invoicing, A/R, data entry, and customer communication to ensure smooth and accurate operations?

If you have prior QuickBooks invoicing and accounts receivable experience, along with strong Excel/data entry skills, will succeed in this role!

Pay: $25-30/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00PM

Experience or Skill Requirements:
