What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and billing documentation.
  • Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting, as needed.
