Job description

Inventory Administrative Clerk


Temporary (approximately 4 months)
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm


We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Admin Clerk with excellent Data Entry and Excel skills to maintain accurate inventory records, support warehouse operations, and ensure inventory is available to meet business needs. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Heavy data entry
  • Process inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and transactions.
  • Perform cycle counts using ERP system and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Allocate inventory to customer orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving inventory.
  • Build and release kitted product assemblies and create work orders.
  • Generate inventory reports through Excel and support inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Assist with inventory control training and process improvements.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of inventory control experience with 500+ SKUs processing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and data entry skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • English required; bilingual is a plus.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
