Job description

Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Glendora, CA (onsite)
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Pay rate: $50,000 - $75,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
• Retrieve records via authorizations and subpoenas
• Prepare medical chronologies and damage analysis tables
• Support fast-paced arbitration cases from start to finish
• Work with defense experts and conduct fact investigations
• Collaborate closely with a team of five paralegals and the broader legal team
Requirements
• 2–5 years of defense litigation experience — required
• Proven ability to retrieve records via authorizations and subpoenas
• Experience creating medical chronologies and damage analysis tables
• Ability to work with defense experts and conduct fact investigations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
