ONLY TEMP POSITION

Key Responsibilities

Prepress Operators act as the bridge between design and final print, ensuring that all materials are correctly formatted and ready for production. Their duties include:

  • Reviewing and adjusting digital files for resolution, color accuracy, and format compliance to meet printing specifications 
  • Creating and managing proofs for client approval, making adjustments based on feedback jinn.careers+1.
  • Operating prepress equipment, such as computer-to-plate (CTP) machines, to produce printing plates 
  • Performing color separations and adjusting images to maintain consistent color across all print materials 
  • Implementing imposition layouts to optimize paper usage and press configurations

  • Troubleshooting prepress issues, including file corruption or incompatible formats 
  • Collaborating with designers, clients, and press operators to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality
