Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18.50 /hr
Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

In this role, you will be the go-to contact for customers, providing outstanding service through chat, email, and phone. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on the team in Columbus!
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and empathy
  • Efficiently resolving product, order, shipping, and return issues, while escalating complex problems as needed
  • Advising customers on return and warranty processes, providing solutions, and processing replacements if applicable
  • Communicating trends, issues, and customer insights to the broader team to help inform improvements
  • Cross-selling or referring products and services to enhance customer experience and drive brand loyalty
