Temporary De-Weeding Crew Member - Outdoor Agricultural Site
Client: Our client is a licensed outdoor cannabis cultivation operation seeking temporary labor support for harvest preparation activities. This position does not involve handling, harvesting, trimming, or processing cannabis.
Employees will be working exclusively with weeds and general field cleanup.
Job Title: Temporary De-Weeding Crew Member
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temporary / Seasonal
Position Summary
Our client is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with a short-term de-weeding project at their outdoor cultivation site. Team members will be responsible for removing weeds and unwanted vegetation from cultivation areas to help prepare fields for the upcoming harvest season. This role requires physical labor outdoors and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Uproot and remove weeds throughout cultivation fields.
  • Clear unwanted vegetation from around growing areas.
  • Clean and maintain field rows in preparation for harvest.
  • Collect, transport, and dispose of weeds and plant debris.
  • Assist with general field cleanup and organization.
  • Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to complete assigned areas.
Important Note
  • Employees will not handle cannabis plants or cannabis products.
