What You'll Do
  • Lead large-scale and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

  • Drive project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and execution activities.

  • Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating reviews, constructability analysis, value engineering, and risk assessment.

  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, invoices, and overall financial performance.

  • Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders and company leadership.

  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Mentor and support Project Managers and project teams, helping drive consistency and best practices across projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

  • 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction, design-build, or general contracting.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex, and high-value construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.

  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
