Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by solving complex problems while driving projects to successful completion?

RWE Design Build is a rapidly growing design-build general contractor seeking an exceptional Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a company that values accountability, collaboration, innovation, and execution.

If you enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts, proactively identifying challenges before they become problems, and delivering outstanding results for clients, we want to hear from you!

Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a high-growth company with significant career advancement opportunities.

  • Work alongside talented professionals who value teamwork and excellence.

  • Lead impactful projects that shape communities and create lasting value.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Performance-driven culture where results and initiative are recognized and rewarded.

What You'll Do
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.

  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.

  • Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and track financial performance.

  • Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor, materials, and services.

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive projects to successful completion while exceeding client expectations.

What We're Looking For
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Ability to anticipate issues and take proactive action.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Able to balance urgency with accuracy.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable.

  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting.
