Cost Accounting Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Cost Accounting Manager to become the financial backbone of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Inventory Control teams to provide crucial cost visibility, optimize our ERP systems, and enhance inventory controls. Required Skills:

• 5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel knowledge (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Array Functions)
• Strong ERP experience, preferably with Deacom or similar systems
• Deep understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production and operational teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in CPG, cosmetics, or high-SKU manufacturing
• Exposure to multi-channel distribution
• SQL or advanced ERP reporting skills
• CPA or CMA designation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Over 5 years of relevant cost accounting experience in manufacturing

Other Requirements:

• On-site role with hybrid schedule (Fridays remote)
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach
• Willingness to develop and lead a cost accounting team in the future
