Why is Gen Z not getting hired?

Gen Z faces challenges in getting hired due to factors such as limited work experience, high competition for entry-level positions, and employers' preferences for candidates with specific skills or certifications. Additionally, some employers may have biases or misconceptions about younger applicants' work ethic or reliability. Developing relevant skills, gaining experience through internships, and demonstrating professionalism can improve chances of employment for Gen Z job seekers.
