3. SharePoint knowledge
Candidate is mostly helping with admin work but there may be times where they are asked to help put cardboard into a CAD table.

TEMP - Assoc Dsgn, Packaging Design– Corrugated – North America
Reports to: Director, Packaging Design
Location: North America
The DESIGN ASSISTANT requires basic knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through some work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Works under moderate supervision. Receives general instructions when new duties are introduced. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but at times require deviation from standard practices. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation. This role has the support and guidance of Senior Designers and Leadership and is expected to work independently, stay organized, communicate well, and demonstrate effective time management.
How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:
 Supports the execution of structural samples with direction from teammates and Designers
 Actively participates in team projects/customer demands.
 Supports the Design Excellence Program with tasks associated with program development
 Maintain and manage an effective time management schedule and critical prioritizations
 Perform other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office products – Especially Power Point, Word, and Excel
• Proficient in operation of equipment including Cad Tables & Large format printers
• Lifting large sheets of corrugated to create samples on CAD Table
