Job Summary: The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides comprehensive on-site operational support by managing high-volume copy, print, scanning, mail, shipping/receiving, bindery, and document production services. The role also supports facility operations, customer service, equipment maintenance, reception duties, and administrative functions while ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer satisfaction, and adherence to Client service standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-volume copy, print, production, mailing, sorting, and bindery equipment Perform copying, binding, finishing, scanning, and document imaging services Set up and replenish copier equipment with toner, paper, and other consumables Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary Conduct daily copier inspections, clear paper jams, and coordinate service calls Ship, receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, faxes, and office supplies Apply postage and manage outgoing shipments Maintain inventory records, management reports, and job logs Calculate job charges and generate billing reports Respond to customer service requests and coordinate required service calls Deliver completed jobs to designated customer locations Maintain daily meter readings and service logs Answer customer inquiries regarding job status and service requests Perform document scanning, imaging, and electronic document processing Maintain filing systems, including archiving and purging documents Support reception services on a temporary or occasional basis Perform meeting room and conference room setups Assist with building occupant moves and facility support activities Perform light maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning duties as assigned Assist with shipping, receiving, and dock operations in mailroom environments Operate bindery equipment including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drillers, joggers, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, and scales Ensure copier areas remain organized, clean, and well-stocked Capture and maintain Client MOR, SPG, and job log data Understand and support Client Services Portfolio and Technology Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience operating copiers, printers, scanners, and related office equipment Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to interpret technical manuals and documentation Knowledge of document imaging and scanning processes Excellent attention to detail Ability to maintain accurate inventory and service records Strong verbal communication and customer relations skills Preferred Skills: Related copy/print production experience Working knowledge of copier maintenance and repair Basic electronics knowledge Experience with mailroom, shipping, receiving, or dock operations Valid driver's license and required auto insurance coverage (if applicable) Education: High School Diploma or GED required 1–2 years of related work experience required Education: High School
