Our menu reflects the Mediterranean and Eastern European heritage of Chef Michael Symon, a renowned Iron Chef and bestselling cookbook author. United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Cooks to join their Team at Bar Symon located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain proper food safety practices, including temperature checks.
  • Complete daily prep, restock stations, and follow cleaning checklists.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely.
  • Wash dishes, clean stations, and maintain an organized kitchen.
  • Assist with deliveries and storage.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic food knowledge including temps and safe handling.
