Job description

Location: Burleson, TX 76028
Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour DOE
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Saturday: Mandatory, typically 7:00 AM–12:00 PM; may extend to 3:30 PM based on production needs
  • Important: Only a 4-minute grace period. Employees must be clocked in by approximately 7:04 AM. Arriving at 7:05 AM or later may result in a write-up.
Job Responsibilities
Work in a warehouse environment completing construction and assembly of buildings from the frame stage through completion. Duties may include:
  • Siding installation
  • Flooring installation
  • Insulation
  • Installing wheels and axles
  • Using hand and power tools
  • General construction and assembly
  • Other duties required to complete the building
Qualifications
  • Previous siding, carpentry, construction experience preferred
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Staple gun experience
  • Insulation experience preferred
  • Basic construction knowledge
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required

The facility is not climate controlled, although fans are available throughout the warehouse. Insulation work may require long sleeves and protective insulation suits.
Tools & PPE
  • Necessary hand tools are provided to temporary employees.
  • Employees may also provide or purchase their own tools.
  • Safety glasses are provided initially.
  • Closed-toe, protective footwear is required. Steel-toe boots are recommended.
Background Requirements
Background cases older than 5 years may be reviewed. Candidates with theft, sex, or violent offenses will not be accepted.
