Sorter Operators are workers responsible for operating machines that sort materials, products, or packages in warehouses, manufacturing plants, or recycling facilities. They monitor and control sorting equipment, ensure items are correctly categorized, and troubleshoot minor issues with the machinery. Sorter Operators may also inspect items for quality and remove any defective or improperly sorted products.
