Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting site operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. * Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. * Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization as required, and support compliance with location rules, restricted areas, and reporting requirements common to an aerospace and defense setting. * Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders during alarms, emergencies, or operational disruptions, while maintaining detailed and accurate activity logs. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 21 years of age. * Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. * Access control and badge experience is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
