Temporary Position (3–4 Months) with potential to become permanent

Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience


We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for an approximately 3–4 month term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the office team
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Perform light reception duties and greet visitors as required
  • File and organize physical and electronic documents
  • Complete data entry and record management tasks
  • Process accounts payable entries in QuickBooks
  • Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative duties
  • Support team members with various clerical tasks as needed
