These consultants offer specialized skills or knowledge to help organizations solve specific problems, implement new systems, or manage transitions. Temporary consultants typically work independently or through consulting firms and may be engaged for anything from a few days to several months, depending on the client's needs. This arrangement allows companies to access expertise without the commitment of a long-term hire.
