IT Support SpecialistJob Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to employees while supporting and maintaining computer systems, applications, network connectivity, and technology equipment across the organization.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, helping others, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, operational environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Set up and support workstations, displays, printers, scanners, and other technology equipment
  • Provide technical support to end users in person, via phone, and through remote methods
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues
  • Assist employees with business applications and general system usage
  • Manage user accounts, credentials, and access permissions
  • Support endpoint protection, system updates, and general security practices
  • Connect users to internal resources and provide basic system guidance
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on technology-related initiatives
  • Assist with equipment procurement and inventory tracking
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources when necessary
  • Support technology needs across multiple locations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits
