We are actively hiring Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse environment. Whether your experience is with stand-up, sit-down, reach trucks, or other forklift equipment, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up/man-up forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Pick, move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Navigate warehouse racking systems and storage locations while working at elevated heights using proper safety equipment
- Review pick lists and verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations
- Count inventory and perform inventory verification to ensure accuracy
- Label products, inventory, and materials correctly according to company standards
- Assemble kits by picking and organizing required parts and materials
- Utilize warehouse systems and computers for inventory tracking and data entry
- Maintain inventory accuracy while supporting shipping, receiving, and production operations
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required—any forklift experience will be considered
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Comfortable working at heights while operating stand-up/man-up equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Experience in warehousing, material handling, inventory control, or order picking is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Decatur, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
