Machine Operator – Temp-to-Hire Opportunities

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Are you a skilled Machine Operator looking for a new opportunity? Join a growing company in the food service equipment industry that values teamwork, safety, and long-term growth. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with strong advancement potential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate fabrication equipment such as drill presses, hardware insertion machines, and deburring tools
  • Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications and standards
  • Work with Floor Leaders to maintain production flow and follow SOPs
  • Report equipment issues, material shortages, and production concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to operate fabrication equipment with strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic blueprint and bill of materials reading skills (preferred)
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Windows applications, mouse usage)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift
  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
