Job description

Join Adecco in a dynamic environment located within Brookshire, TX. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity to work directly with a Fortune 500 company at their Distribution Center. About the Role:
As an Associate HR Representative, you will play a key role in supporting hourly staffing, recruiting, and onboarding efforts for the Distribution Center. This position serves as a liaison between hiring managers, staffing partners, and HR leadership to ensure timely hiring, accurate employee records, compliance with policies and procedures, and a positive new hire experience. The role also provides critical administrative and reporting support across the employee lifecycle, from candidate scheduling and offer creation to onboarding, audits, and workforce reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a regular communication cadence with Staffing Lead in order to establish an understanding of Non-Exempt staffing needs.
  • Have a regular communication cadence with temporary staffing agency partners to ensure that Distribution Center needs are being addressed in a timely manner and in accordance with established processes.
  • Have a regular communication cadence with HR Director(s).
  • Follow established processes as detailed on current Process Guides.
  • Prepare New Hire Folders in advance of new Associate orientation.
  • Audit Associate files, Including I-9s
  • Timely scheduling of Candidates with Hiring Managers.
  • Complete temporary staffing agency Associate conversions to company Associates.
  • Schedule and participate in non-exempt Associate orientation and onboarding.
  • Schedule pre-employment required testing. (Drug/Job Skills/Background)
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years HR experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational and communications skills
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Full 40 hour work week.
  • Must be flexible to work day- and swing-shift hours to support business needs.

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
