Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Trainers with Ross Dress for Less in Buckeye, AZ. Weekly pay starting at $23.32 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
As a Warehouse Trainer, you will facilitate training for new and existing Distribution Center associates, including temporary staff. Responsibilities include teaching procedures and safety practices, coaching to improve performance, monitoring progress and maintaining records, supporting training initiatives, partnering with operations, and demonstrating job tasks.
These positions require a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to comfortably speak in front of large groups. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a patient, supportive approach, be proficient in Microsoft Word and basic math (testing required), and be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed is also required.
