SNELLING STAFFING HAS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR EXPERIENCED CNC MILL & LATHE OPERATORS / MACHINISTS AT OUR TIER 1 AUTOMOTIVE CLIENT LOCATED IN CLINTON TOWNSHIP (I94 & Hall Rd area).
This is a great opportunity to start with a family-owned long-standing business! ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE BUT YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT.
The CNC Operator operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. The CNC operator loads parts in the machine, cycles machine, and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. CNC operators maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
  • Temp to Hire after 90 days (with good attendance and performance)
  • All shifts available: $17.50 -22.55/hour (includes shift premium)
  • Straight 40 hours with opportunity for voluntary OT
  • CNC Operator should have a minimum of 2 years experience operating either a CNC Mill or Lathe machine, experience with offsets and checking parts required,
General Labor roles will support the CNC Operators in loading/unloading parts, approximately 6-12 parts/hour weighing up to 40 lbs. General Labor hourly pay is $16.50-18.15, depending on shift.
