Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Office Assistant/Front Desk Staff member to handle various day-to-day office tasks and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and an effective communicator. This role provides support to the Director of Nursing, Executive Administrator, and Scheduling Team, while working closely with Home Health Aides and Direct Support Professionals to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain accurate documentation for client records

Assist with scheduling and coordination of care services

Handle incoming calls and client inquiries professionally

Support administrative needs of the nursing and management team

Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory

Assist with data entry and report generation

Handle confidential information with discretion

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have completed training through a vocational school, certified home health agency, or hospital with a minimum 75-hour curriculum OR possess state nurses aide certification (documentation required)

Experience in front desk and office administration

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Proficiency in computer operations and office software

Knowledge of home health care processes and waiver program rules

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to build positive relationships with older adults

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

Start time: 8:30 AM

End time: 4:00 PM

No remote work options available
