Location: Albuquerque, NM 
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Join our team in Albuquerque, NM as a Site Leader / Operations Specialist supporting Ricoh. You’ll oversee daily mailroom, shipping, and facilities coordination while assisting with package processing, conference room setups, and light office maintenance. This is a customer-facing position requiring strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to requests via a shared Outlook mailbox

  • Schedule calendar events and handle UPS shipments/returns (using WorldShip & UPS tools)

  • Receive, open, and deliver incoming USPS and UPS packages

  • Manage and track returned computer hardware and inventory

  • Assist with conference room setups, light furniture assembly, and desktop installations

  • Coordinate with Property Management for service tickets and repairs

  • Lead daily workflow for a small team; ensure smooth site operations and reporting

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems

  • Strong customer service and organizational abilities

  • Experience in mailroom, facilities, or operations support preferred

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
