Job description

Training Support Clerk

ATA Services, Inc is currently seeking to hire a Training Support clerk to work on a temporary assignment with the Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections for the 2026 General Election.

Pay Rate: $18.36 per hour with weekly pay

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: NOVEMBER 25, 2026

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday 7:30 a.m. โ€“ 4:00 p.m., hours and days will be extended as needed

Location: SE Albuquerque โ€“ Gibson and Broadway

Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Must be able to work occasional weekend/evening hours.

Job Duties:

  • Support with the implementation of training on elections processes.
  • Support with preparing training materials.
  • Maintain training roster.
  • Support with preparing and distributing election materials.
  • Support with communicating details of HR onboarding.
  • Support setting up voting sites.
  • Support with the Early Voting closeout process.
  • Support with collecting election materials.
  • Support with reviewing election materials for audits.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work various hours, including evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Proven Training and coordinating experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative Assistant or Office Clerk experience.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Significant experience with office management and daily operations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good practical experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of office equipment.
  • Strong verbal skills, including communicating over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
