Charlotte, NC Based | Travel Required Throughout Southeast & Beyond

Replay Surfacing is a fast-growing specialty construction company installing high-end rubber safety surfacing systems for playgrounds, sports facilities, commercial spaces, and recreational projects throughout the United States.

We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our traveling installation crews.

THIS IS NOT A BASIC GENERAL LABOR POSITION.

This is a physically demanding, production-focused trade position that requires travel, long days, teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability. We are building long-term crews and future crew leaders — not temporary labor.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in:
• Concrete
• Roofing
• Epoxy flooring
• Asphalt
• Athletic surfacing
• Landscaping / hardscaping
• Industrial coatings
• Utility or oilfield work
• Traveling construction crews
• Military or physically demanding team environments

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
• Traveling regularly for projects throughout the Southeast and surrounding regions
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Installing specialty rubber surfacing systems
• Material mixing, spreading, grading, prep work, and cleanup
• Operating within fast-paced crew environments
• Following strict quality standards and installation procedures
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining jobsite cleanliness
• Working long hours during active project schedules

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
