Job description

We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer for a temporary 2-3 month assignment on an active jobsite in Raymore, MO. This is a part-time general labor role, typically two days per week, with potential for additional days at a nearby project. Standard construction hours apply with room for extra time as needed.

Key Responsibilities – Construction Laborer

  • Perform general labor tasks including site prep, cleanup, and material handling
  • Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and supplies around the jobsite
  • Support skilled trades and crew members as directed by the foreman
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
  • Assist with basic construction tasks as assigned

Qualifications – Construction Laborer

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
  • Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, not required
