As a Finance Director, you will oversee Finance activities for the Advanced Performance Materials (APM) business unit at Chemours, serving as the Segment Chief Financial Officer and partnering with the APM President and leadership team to drive financial performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Serve as a key member of the APM global business leadership team, contributing to broader business strategy and organizational development. Oversee preparation of all segment financial reporting and forecasting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure integrity of financial data. Guide key investment decisions, manage capital requests, and strategize capital allocation. Evaluate and optimize financial performance by analyzing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends. Mentor and develop a high‐caliber finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Collaborate with other departments to develop cost‐effective business solutions and enhance profitability. Maintain awareness of regulatory changes, industry developments, and macroeconomic trends that may affect the business. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Extensive experience with financial systems, databases, and business intelligence tools. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build, guide, and inspire a finance team. Excellent communication skills; ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic mindset focused on collaboration, innovation, and driving business results. Preferred Qualifications MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced certifications.
