Job description

Duties:

  • Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI(STEMI ) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
  • Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data
  • Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure
  • Assess and manage access site, and inform physician
  • Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab
  • Prepare patient for procedures

Skills:

  • ACLS & IABP experience required
  • Cardiac Cath lab experience required
  • CVT/CVIS with cardiac cath lab experience.
  • RT or CVT,RCIS with direct and current Cath Lab experience. (Scrub and Monitor are required).
  • Invasive Cardiovascular Tech, Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Cardiovascular Invasive Radiology Specialist
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist
  • RCIS certification preferred
  • BLS

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule Notes:

  • This a 4 day /9.5 hour shift
  • 7AM-5PM
  • This is a STEMI ON-Call position.
