A Temporary Beehive Assisted Living worker is a staff member who provides short-term care and support to residents in a Beehive Assisted Living facility. These workers help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, and companionship. Their temporary status means they may fill in for regular staff or assist during periods of high need, ensuring that residents continue to receive quality care. The role requires compassion, reliability, and often some experience in elder care or assisted living settings.

Executive Director - BeeHive Homes of Stockbridge

100 Monarch Village Way, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 per year (based on experience)

BeeHive Homes of Stockbridge is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our privately owned memory care community in Stockbridge, Georgia. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in an environment where their voice matters, their ideas are valued, and they can directly shape the culture and success of the community.

Unlike large corporate senior living chains, BeeHive Homes of Stockbridge is privately owned and operated, allowing our Executive Director the freedom to think creatively, make meaningful decisions, and lead with integrity and heart - without layers of red tape. We are looking for someone who embodies entrepreneurial spirit and is committed to delivering exceptional care to seniors living with dementia and Alzheimer's.

Position Overview

The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership, management, and overall operations of BeeHive Homes of Stockbridge, ensuring excellence in resident care, team performance, and community success. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, hands-on problem solver who leads by example, builds strong relationships, and approaches each day with compassion, confidence, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, visible leadership to team members, residents, and families
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations for assisted living and memory care
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, admissions, care services, and resident satisfaction
  • Maintain a warm, supportive, and person-centered environment for residents
  • Develop and mentor team members to uphold community values and performance standards
  • Partner closely with owners to align goals, implement improvements, and drive growth
  • Build relationships within the local community and lead census development efforts
  • Handle family communication, resident transitions, and care planning with empathy and professionalism
  • Uphold all safety, care, and hospitality expectations for a high-quality memory care community

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing an assisted living or memory care community is required
  • Strong understanding of state licensing expectations for Georgia assisted living
  • Proven leadership and management experience with staff oversight
  • Compassionate, resident-first mindset and ability to support families during emotional transitions
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and people-management skills
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Ability to thrive in a non-corporate, owner-operated environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • RN or LPN license preferred but not required
  • Prior experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care
  • Familiarity with community outreach and census development

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000-$85,000 annually
  • Supportive owners who value your leadership and expertise
  • Autonomy to implement ideas, improve systems, and shape the community's success
  • A positive, mission-driven culture built around compassion, teamwork, and resident dignity
  • The chance to lead a meaningful, life-changing environment for seniors and their families

If you have a heart for seniors, a drive for excellence, and the leadership skills to grow a community, we'd love to speak with you.
