What are some common challenges faced by temporary bar staff, and how can they be addressed?

Temporary bar staff often face challenges such as quickly adapting to new venues, learning different point-of-sale systems, and managing busy periods with unfamiliar coworkers. To address these challenges, it's important to communicate clearly with permanent staff, ask questions when unsure about procedures, and stay organized during shifts. Excellent customer service, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure make someone stand out in this role.
