Description of Primary Duties
Work shifts at the BearPass Card Office as assigned, taking photos of customers, assissting customers setting up the Digital BearPass Card and cleaning and maintaining the area. Provide good customer service to Faculty/Staff/Students. Perform clerical duties- answering the phone and emails, filing, data entry, and some cash handling.
Required Qualifications
Good communication skills and knowledge of general office duties such as phone etiquette, filing and general computer skills. Some cash handling experience is preferred. Must be punctual, responsible, personable and dependable. Present a good image of Missouri State University by means of a tidy appearance, a pleasant and helpful disposition and a positive attitude.
