Job Summary:
TALENT Software Services is seeking an AWS Developer / Administrator to provide technical expertise in the design, development, deployment, administration, and support of AWS environments. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver secure and compliant cloud solutions while managing AWS infrastructure and application services.
Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and administer AWS environments following industry best practices.
• Manage AWS account structures, IAM roles, policies, and least-privilege access controls.
• Support and maintain AWS core services, including:
• Amazon EC2
• Auto Scaling
• Elastic Load Balancing (ELB)
• Amazon VPC
• Subnets, routing, and security controls
• Amazon S3, EBS, and EFS
• Data lifecycle management policies
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon API Gateway
• CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config
• Develop and support Amazon Connect environments.
• Configure and maintain:
• Contact Flows
• Queues
• Routing Profiles
• Prompts
• Integrate Amazon Connect with:
• AWS Lambda
• APIs
• External systems
• Support call recording, analytics, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Design and integrate AI-enabled solutions using Amazon Bedrock.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:

• Equivalent automation tools
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Integrate APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services.
• Monitor performance, availability, and cloud cost optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
• Implement and maintain:
• Encryption
• Logging
• Monitoring
• Compliance controls
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS development and/or administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS core services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies.
• 3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services.
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• 3+ years of experience implementing AWS security best practices, logging, and monitoring solutions.
• 3+ years of scripting experience using Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
Preferred:
• Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and third-party integrations.
• Cost optimization and FinOps experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
• Experience designing Hybrid Cloud Architectures.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
