Description

Serve as the lead security architect supporting the organization's migration from on-premises infrastructure to Azure. Provide architectural guidance and security oversight for cloud migration initiatives, landing zone design, and cloud governance. Review proposed infrastructure and application designs, identify security risks, and recommend remediation strategies. Partner closely with Infrastructure teams to evaluate the existing security stack and determine required changes for cloud adoption. Design and advise on: Azure Landing Zones Identity and Access Management (IAM) Network segmentation and connectivity Cloud security controls and guardrails Logging, monitoring, and incident response integration Governance and compliance frameworks Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security Engineering, and SecOps teams to ensure alignment with security standards and enterprise architecture direction. Provide security guidance for cloud-native development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Enterprise deployments. Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions across multiple technology teams. Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, translating security requirements into actionable recommendations.
