Chairside Assisting: Provide efficient and reliable chairside assistance during a variety of general dental procedures (Direct patient care).
Radiography: Proficiently take diagnostic X-rays (radiographs).
Clinical Tasks: Take accurate dental impressions and assist with temporary crown fabrication.
Patient Support: Ensure patient comfort, manage patient flow, and maintain clear communication regarding patient care.
Preparation & Compliance: Prepare treatment rooms, maintain strict sterilization protocols, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Salary Range

Full-time $16 - $25 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Typical Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays off.

Requirements
  • Basic life support
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Certification: Current CPR Certification is required.
Attributes: Fun, reliable, and able to prioritize patient care as the top priority.

Preferences
  • Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Experience: Prior job experience in a dental setting is preferred.
Licensure: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status.
Technical Skills: Knowledge in taking radiographs, impressions, and temporary crown fabrication.
Language: Spanish speaking ability would be a definite plus.
