American Hearing Care is seeking a Temporary Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator to support our Peachtree City, GA clinic. Expected Duration: This is a temporary assignment to provide coverage for an employee leave of absence. The duration of the assignment is currently unknown and will be based on business needs. The Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for providing professional administrative support and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the clinic's front office. Essential Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival Schedule and confirm patient appointments Enter and maintain patient information in the company systems Assist with general front office and administrative duties Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Support clinic staff with daily operational needs as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, and customer-focused, with the ability to make patients feel welcomed and valued. Experience working in a medical office, healthcare setting, or other customer-facing environment is preferred but not required.
