Job description

New Stand Developer 

This role oversees and coordinates all final steps required to bring a new stand to operational readiness. Serving as the bridge between construction, vendors, and operations, you'll ensure every component is installed, functional, compliant, and ready for opening day. 

Travel Expectations 

Regular travel is a core part of this role, averaging approximately 15 hours of driving per week across stand locations, vendor sites, and project meetings. This travel provides direct visibility into ongoing projects, strengthens relationships across operations and construction, and allows you to support multiple teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities 

Project Coordination 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Construction and Operations teams 

  • Oversee final site readiness and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule 

Equipment & Installation Management 

  • Coordinate installation of all major and minor equipment, including: 

  • Water filtration systems 

  • La Marzocco espresso machines and grinders (including basic maintenance) 

  • Audio/visual and security systems 

  • Chemicals and linens 

  • Ensure all iPads, card readers, and POS systems (Genius) are fully installed and operational 

Facility Readiness 

  • Oversee all property preparation, including: 

  • Power washing and line striping 

  • Landscaping and irrigation completion 

  • Cooler wrap design and installation 

  • Confirm the stand is clean, organized, and guest-ready prior to training 

Vendor & Service Setup 

  • Coordinate and confirm setup of all recurring vendor services, including: 

  • Grease trap, waste management, chemical and linen services, pest control, and power washing 

  • Partner with the Director of Maintenance to finalize service contracts 

Operational Setup 

  • Order and install all opening materials, including swag day shirts and the new stand opening kit 

  • Coordinate with the team on opening week scheduling, initial inventory, training timelines, and local marketing efforts 

Compliance & Final Approvals 

  • Submit health permit application, coordinate inspection, and secure the permit upon approval 

  • Be on-site for final inspections and obtain the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) 

  • Manage all associated fees and final approval documentation 

Final Details 

  • Prepare operational essentials, including duplicate keys 

  • Ensure the business is live and accurately listed on Google and Apple Maps
