As a Business Listings & Citation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our dealership network is accurately represented across the digital landscape-helping us connect with customers and drive measurable results.
In this role, you'll take ownership of our listings and citation strategy across platforms like Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and more, while collaborating with SEO, Web, and Digital Marketing teams. Location: Remote (West Coast - PST work hours)
Compensation Range: $40,000-$60,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You'll Do
  • Own and optimize business listings across major platforms (Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, Yahoo, etc.)
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring listings are accurate, complete, and aligned
  • Establish and maintain a "source of truth" for critical business data (NAPW: Name, Address, Phone, Website)
  • Partner closely with technology vendors to define and improve processes, standards, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and support dealership teams with listing-related requests and challenges
  • Enable new features and capabilities (e.g., messaging, integrations) across platforms
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution through UTM usage and analytics connections (GSC, GA)
  • Manage tracking phone lines and ensure consistency across directories
  • Maintain category alignment across Sales, Service, Parts, Body Shop, and more
  • Verify and monitor business entities, ensuring accuracy for both new and existing locations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Website, and Digital Marketing teams to drive performance
