Join WW SMB Financing. We are building the future of small and medium business financing, leveraging Amazon's scale and capabilities to democratize access to capital for millions of sellers worldwide. Our team operates with the agility of a fintech startup within Amazon.
The WW SMB Financing organization is seeking a PM to drive our global products CX. This role presents a unique opportunity to revolutionize how small and medium businesses access working capital, combining deep technical expertise with customer-centric product development.
Role Overview: As Sr. PM, you will build vision, roadmap and execute on your product areas to grow our global lending marketplace, working closely with tech/data/science organization.
Key job responsibilities
• Product vision and roadmap: Define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, program managers, scientists and other product owners.
• PDLC Execution: Create product requirements that are clear with measurable success criteria. Define a rollout GTM plan and ensure delivery of the plan. Define, track, and improve key CX metrics.
• Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, satisfaction, and retention across all touchpoints
• Voice of Customer (VOC): Establish and maintain systematic feedback collection mechanisms including surveys, user testing, customer interviews, and sentiment analysis to inform product decisions
• Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize customer experience metrics
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market research to identify industry best practices and differentiation opportunities
• Cross-functional Stakeholder Management: Partner with SPS Product, UX and Research teams to influence Amazon Lending experience for NGS and Amelia. Partner with marketing, CMs and lending partners to gather insights and ensure seamless customer experience across all channels
• Localization: Drive product adaptations for different markets, regulatory requirements, and local customer preferences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
