Annual Salary 43680 to $52,000 plus quarterly bonuses!

Position Overview

As a Fresh Food Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing fresh food inventory and menu planning cycles. You’ll partner closely with the Supply Chain Manager, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meal ordering and menu planning with a focus on fresh food production
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are met
  • Maintain up-to-date menu cycles and order adjustments to reflect operational needs
  • Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, production, and dispatch teams
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for fresh food items
  • Ensure menu accuracy and retrieve unused menus in the event of cancellations or discrepancies
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with AX or similar inventory or ERP systems (a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fresh food, catering, or supply chain coordination role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive and flexible approach to work
