You'll serve as the executive leader clients turn to for guidance and confidence, helping shape projects from the earliest pursuit conversations through successful completion.

Working alongside owners, engineers, trade partners, and internal leaders, you'll influence project strategy, guide preconstruction and execution planning, and help create certainty on challenging, high-value work. You'll champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while developing strong teams and mentoring the next generation of leaders. What You Bring

  • Four‑year engineering degree (construction management preferred) or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Advanced management or technical training preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex construction projects, ideally in heavy industrial or related markets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead teams, and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
  • Valid driver’s license: role may require travel and participation in vehicle programs (subject to MVR review).
