What You Will Do
  • Conduct personalized consultations with association members via phone, Zoom, and in person.
  • Educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement options, and retirement-focused insurance solutions.
  • Leverage AEP as a primary selling season while maintaining year-round engagement with association members.
  • Present at association workshops, chapter meetings, and educational events.
  • Use a consultative approach to assess needs, explain options, and guide benefit decisions in a compliant manner.
  • Participate in ongoing Medicare Advantage training and compliance support, including carrier and regulatory updates.
