TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Longview, Washington, 98632!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry / Float Pool

Location

Longview, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (3x12, 7:00–19:00)

Key Responsibilities
  • Float between Medical, Cardiology, and Surgical units as part of a float pool team
  • Deliver direct patient care to adult populations within a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
  • Administer and manage medications utilizing the Pyxis medication system
  • Provide every-other-weekend coverage as required by unit scheduling
  • Document and manage patient information accurately using the Epic electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or proof of Washington State license application submitted at time of submission
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
  • Willingness and ability to float across units as operationally needed
  • Ability to maintain a 1:5 patient ratio across day, night, and weekend shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • CPI and NIHSS certifications
  • Previous float pool experience, particularly for first-time travelers
