  • Document and communicate quality concerns, customer feedback, and manufacturing findings to appropriate cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tooling, manufacturing methods, and production processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Prepare technical documentation to communicate manufacturing issues and support material planning and production scheduling.
  • Serve as a technical resource for production personnel by interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, component information, assembly procedures, torque requirements, and approved materials.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing manufacturing initiatives.
  • Participate in root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Support production operations across multiple shifts as business needs require, including first or second shift schedules.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of four years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting aerospace or aircraft manufacturing operations is strongly preferred.

  • Experience using SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, quality, and production organizations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
