Job Description

EBAD is seeking an experienced temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team based in Simsbury, CT. This role will support hiring across the business and partner closely with leaders to meet current and future talent needs.

This is an exciting time to join EBAD as we continue to grow. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our talent strategy, owning full-cycle recruiting, building strong talent pipelines, and helping to attract and hire top talent across a range of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver diverse, high-quality candidate slates.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer across a range of roles, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on expectations, and drive effective hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and engagement of passive candidates
  • Lead candidate assessment and selection processes, ensuring strong alignment to role requirements and consistent hiring practices
  • Drive a positive and efficient candidate experience from application through offer, including communication and offer delivery
  • Execute recruiting activities in alignment with company processes, including ATS management, compliance (AAP), and reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers
  • Sound judgment in candidate assessment, with the ability to balance speed and quality in hiring decisions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and structured recruiting processes
