Accounts Payable Administrator
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temporary – 3 Months, with potential for permanent placement
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to manage daily accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
  • Code invoices accurately and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare checks, ACH payments, and other vendor payments
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding balances
  • Assist with month-end/year-end closing and account reconciliations
  • Support 1099 reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and confidential information
  • Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience required
  • Strong understanding of accounting and AP processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and filtering
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
